Heritage Hills offers a comprehensive continuum of specialized care including orthopedic rehab, skilled nursing, and wound care.
Our 100-bed center boasts an array of amenities and offers a holistic, person-centered approach to healthcare. Staffed by a team of compassionate physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals who strive to enrich and enhance the quality of life for each individual, Heritage Hills is dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of all our patients and residents.

I enjoy the staff, especially the nursing staff and CNAs from the subacute unit. They are amazing and I felt so cared for. Like I really matter.
I went to Heritage Hills after a fall at home. I broke my hip and had to have extensive surgery. I was not strong enough to return to my home and after many conversations with family and friends, I chose Heritage Hills. I am so happy I did because everyone was so nice and caring. The physical therapist had me back on my feet in no time. There were days I didn’t feel like getting out of bed but with the help and kindness of the staff, they really motivated me to push myself. I can’t believe I get to go home tomorrow and I can’t wait to make my family dinner again!
I have been at Heritage 3 times now. I LOVE this place. I feel like this is my family. Everyone is wonderful and I highly recommend this facility.
My stay here at Heritage Hills has been wonderful! Tommy was the first person to greet me when I arrived and he gave me such a warm welcome. The rest of the staff has been great too, from the nurses to the therapy staff… they all work so hard! I was pretty sick in the hospital and when I arrived at Heritage Hills, I was very weak. It took me some time but I am finally feeling better and am excited to get home to see my wife and my dogs. I would 100% recommend my family and friends to Heritage Hills if they ever need rehab.
I am very grateful for how the staff treats me and I don’t have a single complaint against anyone at the nursing home. The workers are doing well taking care of me. I’m very comfortable with all the staff.
